re:Bush has done nothing but aggravate the situation in much the way of the Africanized beehive that I mentioned in a post to Harry

The only truth about Africanized bees, is the initial hype and fear never measured up to the reality. How anyone every believed that threat, I can't understand.

I am unclear what you are saying. The nature of Africanized bees has not been hype. When disturbed, they can kill and have. However animals kill on a sporadic basis and not pre emptively.....that's a human trait.

As for Pakistan that was then this is now. The world believed Iraq had WMD, they didn't agree on how to get Iraq to give them up.

My God, man, get a clue........the world did not believe Saddam had WMDs. Only Bush and his cronies, and frankly, I don't think they did either but they needed an excuse to invade Iraq and WMDs made a good one.

As for the world, they were unsure at best.......that's why the weapons inspectors were sent back in. To ignore the truth is dangerous at any time.......its particularly perilous now.

Staying home would not have made us safer, Saddam's gone - I'm glad. I initially worried we wouldn't find his WMD before they fell into the wrong hands, now that we haven't found them "conclusively" I wonder how so many people appear to have been duped by Saddam.

No one got duped except the American people. Hopefully, at some point, you will realize that truth.
