I think this legislation is truly horrible.

Well, the real question is how to contribute to a society which doesn't disintegrate. The Marseilles fires all over France wouldn't be progress. But how to convey this in the political process?

Typically, a hindu woman with a "dot" indicates she is married. Unmarried women and widows dont wear them. Maybe these days, its become a fashion accessory - I don't know.
