USGA...kalico..beats the hell out of me as to why they are doing this....IMO it does not make sense...if I was mgmt I would either hold and wait to see if i could get listed OR reverse 1 for 5 and get listed...but they don't have the financial minimums to do so right now so obviously they see more than we do or they were in a bind on authorized shares and this was one way to address it....

I agree, I had been long USGA and saw the dilution from 100,000,000 shares to 300,000,000 with an announcement of a 2-1 split to mask it. No matter how you do the math this is major dilution are we missing something here?
