lurq- some one in the next room had his speech on and i caught some of it. same ol', same ol'. demonizing sadam, talking about WMDs, saying that there was no hole deep enough to hide from america. that one got a big cheer. he's a hard one for me to listen to because he talks down like i'm not quite smart enough to understand the simplistic concepts he's stressing. he acts like he thinks i don't quite "get it". the audiences are handpicked and the dissenters are restricted to areas separated from the venue. i think this is standard where ever he goes. if he came to SI he would speak on a moderated thread and you can bet that you would be banned from posting on it... but so would jla <gg> Was he considered alien in Roswell? probably not. roswell's got more bush fans than most NM communities. -ep
