Palladium:

KT, what is your take on palladium?

I like it for the following reason:

*Big increase in volume and OI in Tokyo and NY (sign of increasing activity/interest.

*75% discount to platinum (cost advantage where substitution is possible)

*50% discount to gold (cost advantage where substitution is possible)

*Engelhard has begun to establish a small long position in Tokyo.

Do you primarily trade palladium futures, or stocks?

I like the futures (Tokyo).
