In the case of IVAN, Calandra is the only reason it is up over 400%. If I shorted stocks, this one would be at the top of the lost. Calandra is fairly new to HEC so its downside may be only 10 to 20 % short term. Jim

Correct me I am wrong, how often does the SEC act?

There was our old pal T-Mex. Beyond that I draw a blank. Imagine if the started cleaning house? Uh oh? while many of the others like ChangeWave may be on the up and up (no op/ed), I am sure there are many that certainly are not.

One thing for sure, in the last 8 months the "Calandra" types have been blasting stocks off, bet SEC is taking notice. Uh oh.

I mean how do guys like Cramer do it? <ggg>
