I doubt the 'pro-rated refund' refund will show up as fast as the cancellation got posted. MarketWatch would be better off refunding the full subscription ... I wonder if the Disclaimer erases all negligence for investor losses? Like my Gigamedia :^( Before Calandra started his report, his daily column had a distribution of 500K. I wonder how many of those took paid subscriptions ... in his hayday, Gilder had 60K subscribers @$299/year. That aint't no chickenfeed.
