free trade... no ability to get the yuan floated... no incentives to mitigate the cost differential between US and offshore third world workers in the form of tax cuts... no reform of highly discriminatory "payroll tax" levied against hiring US... no plans to deal with healthcare costs (in fact Bush severely INCREASED the social security mess which is a tax against the workforce)... generally speaking Bush said, F-U to the US worker when his job went to India/China and I am quite certain the favor will be repaid in 04.
