Neutral eh, well we'll swing you over -g- .... on the coast here the best place to buy masa and beans and sacks of quality rice at a reasonable price, latino spices, etc, is at indian food stores .... we go some distance now to buy at a store where my wife likes among other things the saris, and other items made of the same material, including headscarves How do you tell a terror sponsor from a non-sponsor, this is the thing .... good 'humint' as they call it, penetration by human intelligence personnel .... which you foster through careful consistent policing effort, not by shouting 'War' ..... mention this, though, and instantly you are accused of applying less vigour to the problem ... <sigh>
