Trying to legislate limits on expression can give some forms of it a dignity they wouldn't otherwise possess .... what really happens, is you surrender a perception of moral high ground to some PoS like Zundel, who can then posture as lover of liberty, turn around and ask pertinent questions like, Who among us is qualified to draw the line? ..... there is no adequate answer to that, as it has been applied so far in the g.w.n., it's hopeless and will be abandoned, it's as stupid as handing Castro the family values platform on the Elián issue .... there will always be limits on expression of course, fire-theatre stuff and all that, we just have to draw the line as absolutely wide as possible, which means defaulting to freedom until otherwise specified for good reason
