I am going to tell every one that the rate of USD decline is a controlled decline. You probably remember that I have been using 490-day linear regression to plot the trend of USDX. This method has been proven quite useful. The results indicated that USDX has been declining 1.33 per month. If the number climbed higher than 1.33/mo it is going to drop back toward this value very soon. The reverse applies if if the value declines to below this value.

Now, we know Fed's and CB's secret<VBG>....1.33 USDX/mo...

I still favor the short side with things like the NDX and QQQ, and am watching very carefully to see where gold will bottom out.
