E, What the general says unfortunately is true. Until we eliminate conflict between nations and now between nations and terrorists, those generals must be in place and thinking exactly the way that general thinks. I was at the trade center that day and for those people who perished that day not to not have died in vain, those who did the deed must be destroyed. This is not a matter for laws, courts and prisons. It is war and thank God folks like the good general are on our side. Mike
