When you go to the bank, do they let you assume a paycheck or do you have to produce something real? That is the problem here. The book value is $2.19 but much of that is land that isn't producing for them. NG prices have been high for a while now - but total REVENUES were only $400-500K the past two quarters. Subtract 40% for operating costs and another 30% for overhead, 10% for interest and 10% for depletion and you get a 10% net profit rate. Now if you only net 10%, you need $2.5 million revenues. Where would those come from in Q4? Were prices or production 5x higher then? Bunk, maybe. Hype, definitely. IMHO of course.
