If you ran Newmont and had over $2 billion in cash which Canadian p.m. company would you buy?

Obviously NEM can offer stock and cash.

NEW YORK, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Newmont Mining Corp. (NYSE:NEM - News), the world's largest gold producer, on Friday filed with regulators to raise up to $200 million for a possible acquisition and to sell up to another $1 billion in debt and stock.
