Well, Roy Black says this is prepostorous. The law doesnt specify minors just first time offenders. Personally, I dont see why we should spend the money in an attempt to incarcerate Rush.
a. He was NOT a dealer
b. He got addicted from PRESCRIPTION drugs that initially were prescribed for his pain.
c. I dont see where he is a danger to anyone other then himself and that could be contained by Rehab and subsequent drug testing.
