Scott - just for the record, it is not known if MOT sold any OPTV at all based on that filing. During that period, OPTV acquired WINK and ACTV and their outstanding shares increased from around 71 million to 118 million. Thus, MOT's percentage share in OPTV dropped to less than 5% even if they didn't sell a single share. Thus the filing. OPTV is presently going higher on increased volume and dropping on lower volume. I think it bodes well for the future.
