wstera,

I've seen some on SI and in the media lament that no one from Enron has gone to jail or been prosecuted while Martha Stewart was being prosecuted for far less. That all ended with the Fastow plea bargain and now this indictment. About a year ago, I suggested that people be patient with this series of cases, because its complexity bears no resemblance whatsoever to the simplicity of the Martha Stewart case.

Enron will take years to unwind and prosecute appropriately. I'll be stunned if prosecutors quit before every last culprit is behind bars (or acquitted).
