Hi William,

Sorry to read about you problem but was happy to read that you fixed it. The sad thing is that Dell's tech support was of no help. This is wrong, just plain wrong. Tech support should be staffed with qualified people who know the products, problems, and how to fix them.

IMO, this is just another example of the "slippery slope" that Dell is starting to slid down. To bad, it was a great company.
