No! he stated he has heard these type of references before about Bush. Which could also be said about Clark. A big difference!

You know, I think Clark could be winning the race for the nomination if he hadn't jumped in so late...

He has noticeably improved as a candidate but imagine how much better he'd do if he had spent a year organizing his campaign and his issue positions. That first day interview he gave, before he had his talking points on the war down, is still hurting him.
