Yes. Any admin or whoever created the thread will be able to toggle it back and forth between moderated and unmoderated. It's actually one of the simpler things in the existing database. Just a toggle in the subject table, as it should be. Problem is, flipping the switch requires going directly into the database, which InfoSpace had a policy of not doing, and that it takes too long for me to do right now.
