That's what the chart looks like - especially with the huge volume. I've posted that with the shadey history, I'd like to see them change the name of the company. Insiders have exchanged debt for shares in the .25 level so I would imagine there is a strong incentive to get shares to double that at least. The concept seems very strong but implementation is going to take a lot of work. New management seems very strong and focused.
