Party, Mr. Kay, the WMD Chief, has just confessed that he thinks there was never any WMD in Iraq. Notice how Dubya changed his lies from the 2003 State of the Union to the 2004. From a huge list of weapons programs to some vague pixie dust concept of potential programs that may have existed.
