If that's wrong, OK, so the working J6P has to pay lets say one 3rd less, ie 10% only in interest for the principal outstanding. And where's kids' education, his retirement, medical bills... btw, I assume he/she need to chow now and then as well... On average (or median g)

If J&J Doe feel OK about it, I dont mind. I would hate though to have the dream of American beauty and US' suburbs get flushed down the interest (or whatever) toilet overnight. It would/could be a nasty sight...
