The French Army ran in 1940. France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Norway got to spend 4 years under the Nazi jackboot as the price of their bravery. And that has what, exactly, to do with my argument that the general shouldn't have been so flip about the joy of war? Nothing. If you want to argue with me, argue against some point I've made. If you want to argue about the French Army, then announce a change of subject, make a point, and we'll see if we can get an argument going.
