Okay, you and David are right. My interpretation was impacted the day I made that post, because of the incident one of our employees had just experienced. I've never been a believer in coincidences, but this probably was one. Amy, you also were projecting your own feelings onto them.....your anger re. the budget cutbacks. I did the same thing the first time I saw them do that maneuver. I had been thinking that Californians were crazy and they were making me crazy with their behavior. So, naturally, I thought the cops were going crazy too! <g> ted
