OT: (Amd is Lance's) "official technology partner"- LOL

Lizzie, Lance uses the most cutting edge equipment and training methods of any athlete I have ever read about. And to put things extremely crudely, I think the man can barely take a dump without an entire team of scientists and engineers knowing what time, what the contents were and how much it weighed.<g> Lance is busy bridging the gap between human and robot imo, although I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. In the final analysis, you can't create his tremendous willpower and passion with technology.

I suspect AMD designed processors can actually play a role in Lance's training beyond the role they are already playing in the ever present laptops in the team cars. The laptops in the team cars monitor and process a great deal of information every day during the race during the TDF, and information derived from thereof greatly infuences race stragegy. But I can forsee a small CPU located right on the bike monitoring and processing a great deal more information than do the bike computers we have now, as well as interacting with the team car laptops.

Justmyguess,

Huey
