Also known as: The Financial Services Capital Acquisition Program. (Bush's plan to create new customers, accounts, money for Banks, Brokers, Funds and Insurance. They need new customers because we are all on to them already.) They will position it as a Jobs Program because the Banks might fire fewer employees during the next big mergers. .
