I don't think I have to say much about this. Just posting it nauseates me.

The school honor roll, a time-honored system for rewarding A-students, has become an apparent source of embarrassment for some underachievers. As a result, all Nashville schools have stopped posting honor rolls, and some are also considering a ban on hanging good work in the hallways - all at the advice of school lawyers.

I know that a) he's a traditional (not cafeteria) Catholic and b)his father is a Holocaust denier. I do not know how much he is aware of the historical role of the Catholic Church in directly fomenting anti-Semitism or what his opinion of that role is - that's why I said "if". I am also reading that "Passion" is generating huge pre-opening sales, and that it has very graphic violence scenes - i.e. Jesus being flayed by the Romans. Don't know if I'm going to see it yet.
