Only Bush's people had this idea that there are rogue countries full of rogue people with stockpile of poisons to kill people. The Brazilian ONU guy, killed in Iraq, put order in Ruanda, Kosovo and East Timor. He was going to put order in Iraq too. Of course if Bush had the plan to put order in Iraq, but we know they just want looting the oil...
