Hawk, I suspect Scott Ritter is actually a NSA or CIA mole working in the disbanded Office of Disinformation, who is re-establishing credibility ready for his next spying exploits.

Not hooking up with underage girls on the internet, he's not... They would have immediately revoked any security clearance he might have had with them due to the risk of bad publicity..

Ritter's a loose cannon.. completely non-credible, and publicity hungry...

If anything, he's someone who has a ax to grind over having his clearance revoked upon his resignation.

He made enemies and that effectively made him unemployable.. So he went to work for himself, and the other side.
