I recall having glimpses of insight when I learned how to flip eggs in a small frying pan. (It's all in the wrist)

Things like that should be cultivated. We don't have to go full bore juggling, just give dishes a casual flip when grabbing them off the shelf, toss things in the garbage from a distance, after awhile introducing variations, like the behind-the-back-shot, etc....
