Amy, Obviously you did not get what I posted, or you didn't think about the post. Male is always MIA, a transient, basically, you don't know whom to give the male implant (if one existed for males), and there will always be another male ready to impregnate the woman. But a woman applying for public assistance is already identified to be the problem, and that's where the only possible solution can be, the only one that will guarantee that the problem will not get worse (another pregnancy) Joe
