I think the US has done a masterful job of exploiting Asia. Asia gets the poverty and pollution - the US standard of living gets boosted.

Bullshit and Russ will agree I bet.
You do NOT get higher standards of living over the long haul by going deeper in debt and outsourcing jobs and not producing anything of merit that the world wants. That idea is totally absurd.
