Nope, a Democrat who was too dumb to see through the scam the administration was pulling Yet another Bush hating moronism... Let's assume there were no WMD...since our own intel service and every other major intel service on the planet indicated that Saddam did indeed have WMD and since we knew how brutal he was and that he had used them before and since he had clearly supported, funded and provided haven to terrorists in the past and since Saddam was given a final chance to prove he had no WMD and come into compliance with the Gulf War accords which he had flagrantly violated for 12 years.......even assuming the intel was wrong.....how does this scenario translate into a a "lie" and how does it not confirm what a big honkin' Bush hating moron you are....????
