I haven't seen it as it is not officially out yet. There have been a lot of pre-screenings though. One source for the charge that it is anti-Semitic was this statement from the ADL last August:

"The film unambiguously portrays Jewish authorities and the Jewish mob as the ones responsible for the decision to crucify Jesus," said Abraham Foxman, the National Director of Anti-Defamation League. "We are deeply concerned that the film, if released in its present form, will fuel the hatred, bigotry and anti-Semitism that many responsible churches have worked hard to repudiate."

This is a sensitive area as the Jews have been attacked for centuries as "Christ-killers". According to other reviewers, such as Hugh Hewitt, the spiritual power of the movies transcends any such message.
