OTCForums.com is a free site, paid for by donations, so I can't see any revenue stream to be gained by buying the user base. The site itself offers nothing of value that you can't find, in spades, on SI and iHub. I suppose the messages themselves might have some historic value, but given we're talking penny stocks, that's probably pushing it. I guess the only "value" is using the site for a very limited time as an advertisement for SI and iHub. They claim to be the #1 linked site in several categories on Google, so perhaps it might be worth asking if such advertising contracts are still in force, and, if so, for how long. Lastly, there's always the "pleasure" of buying out the so-called competition, if you are into megalomania (g). - Jeff
