As usual, a very shallow and unpersuasive analysis.

Saddam's history of aggression began well before '91.
Given that hiustory of aggression the Arab League's stance is no great surprise.
And, I don't think it is OK to invade another country simply to grab oil but I do think it is OK to invade any country which poses a threat to world economic and regional stability in the Middle East given the importance of oil to the world economy and given the othert factors I previously cited much more effectively than your piddling attempt at rebuttal.
