What record??? If he can't make the right decisions on those two most important votes, he proved that his record is garbage and he does NOT have good judgement. That's a fact that was seen not ONCE, but twice over a span of 10 years. You would think that he would have learned from his first idiotic move in 1991, but instead he proved that he continued with his bad judgement and that he is clueless in foreign affairs and when it comes to making major policy decisions.
