Well, I agree with the conservatives that we cannot keep up deficits of this magnitude. I HOPE that we can outgrow them through rapid economic growth tempered with a tough hand on the budget. Bush has said he will NOT allow discretionary spending to exceed 4% growth annually (I think his budget is only about 1% as presented). The bottom line is it would seem that of the alternatives we have BUSH is the only one that IN REALITY has the lower budget unless the Dwarfs are just bullshitting the public about the programs they would enact. jdn
