Billionaires who give to the poor and other causes should be commended. Those who are miserly selfish offshore haven scrooges should not be admired but should be taxed into compliance. Seems to me that most of the latter vote Republican. Most very wealthy Dems I meet are extremely generous with their money. Ted Turner comes to mind. Of course there are exceptions on each side.
