It's an old subject, but one that is still active. What,if any, opinion is held about the Fed. Appeals Court sticking to it's decision that cable operators must open their lines to competitors who want to provide broadband services?

Will this lead to cable using phone lines and phone companies using cable lines? OR...will wireless replace them both?
