I think that's different. First, it wasn't an intentional act, like terrorism where somebody is stalking you (you used generally). Second, it wasn't something you could catch, like the flu. Industrial accidents, even ones like Chernoble (sp) or Three mile Island aren't in the same class, though they do raise concerns.

More like when a plane crashes people still keep flying.
