..."I don't think that they exist, but this is my personal opinion based on the indications that were there when I left Iraq....."

....David Kay is also clear on not having proof of WMD tranfers of sensitive material between Syria and Iraq before the war.

He underlined, however, that important movements had been noticed on the border between the two countries:"Awhile back there were satellite photos and observations on the ground which showed a constant fleet of trucks, cars, and trains at the Iraqi- Syrian border, before the American intervention", explained Mr. Kay, "but we don't know what was being transported."

"It is important to know what was transported a that moment....but an answer may not be given by Syria, which so no desire to help us."

Last week an opponent of the Syrian regime in exile affirmed that the Iraqi weapons of mass destruction were hidden in Syria before the beginning of the war.

"Iraqi arms, chemical and bacteriological, were put, in the first place, in the warehouses of the Republican Guard, at the seat of Dasmascus", declared Nizr Nayyouf, who resides in France, in an public interview Monday by Near East dot info. The operation, he added, was to be accomplished under the supervision of General Zoul- Himla Chalich, head of the private guard of president Bachaer el- Assad.

The arms were transported "in ambulances of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent", affirmed Nizar Nayyouf, as he had already declared on the 9th of January on the British television network Channel 5. The United States has indicated that it has not received from anyone "decisive proof" permitting it to confirm this information.

The tribal wisdom of the Dakota Indians, passed on from generation to generation, says that, "When you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount."
However, in government, education, and in corporate America, more advanced strategies are often employed, such as:

1. Buying a stronger whip.

2. Changing riders.

3. Appointing a committee to study the horse.

4. Arranging to visit other countries to see how
other cultures ride horses.

5. Lowering the standards so that dead horses can
be included. (ah hem.....)

6. Reclassifying the dead horse as
living-impaired.

7. Hiring outside contractors to ride the dead
horse.

8. Harnessing several dead horses together to
increase speed.

9. Providing additional funding and/or training to
increase dead horse's performance.

10. Doing a productivity study to see if lighter riders
would improve the dead horse's performance.

11. Declaring that as the dead horse does not have to be
fed, it is less costly, carries lower overhead and
therefore contributes substantially more to the bottom
line of the economy than do some other horses.

12. Rewriting the expected performance
requirements for all horses.

And of course my favorite...........

13. Promoting the dead horse to a supervisory position.

in the current democrap race, can you identify the dead horse yet ???
