I don't think that means we should have no opinions.

You can have opinions about anything. You can have an opinion about what sperm are thinking while they swim toward the egg. But frankly, I don't think that opinion about that is worth much. You can have an opinion about how much pain leaves that have been raked into a pile feel when they are burned, but again, I don't think your opinion is worth much. t particular moment to fall, but again, I don't think your opinion about that is worth much.

In fact, quite frankly I think you are more likely to come up with correct opinions about those questions than you are about why God permits suffering in the world.
