An impossibility. Spending over 500 billion on pork in 3 years ala Bush deserves its own medal. Maybe a huge "price is right" shopping cart with Bush's face in the kiddie seat?

Rebupublican presidents = huge deficits and pork. I know you are ashamed to admit it but it is true. No blaming Clinton for this one, Bush was left with a SURPLUS.
