just now while flipping the channels I happened to see John McCain, turns out he is in NH campaigning for Bush.

"We have had our differences but he handled the war on terror beautifully" blah blah blah

Then later excuses about how we are better off that Saddam Hussein is gone.

A pathetic use of McCains time and it seems like republicans are really desperate to me. No need to be campaigning now if their man is the winner they say he is.

Jesus made a request, not a demand. The reason for the request was because Jesus knew the man loved his money more than God, not because the man's wealth was evil.

In the democrat version of the story, Jesus led a drive to demand that Rome raise taxes on rich men and then the man had his money confiscated by a centurian.

Doing things voluntarily is not a democrat value.
