In all my years of employment, I can truthfully say I never "worked" a day in my life except for those periods when I didn't like my job.....

Obviously, J Shepard has never "been there... done that..."

Ditch digging is the only concept of "work"
that he understands.

Apparently, he has never labored to solve a difficult
intellectual problem in his life... otherwise, he
would understand that this activity can be
enjoyable (even exhilarating) when you are done, but
it still most definitely qualifies as "hard work"...
