There was a group of guys that I knew in school back then that lived in Fraiser there were only about 50 maybe 100 people in that little town.My friend Mike Pate was the so called mayor,no cops,no shopping malls,no resturants,air ports,fast foods,nothing but tree huggers basically.Keys left in cars,houses left wide open,no stealing,no problems,I recall Mike smoking a joint in the grocery store = whatever,just skiing cooking and thats it.They owned small parsels of property with either trailors or log cabins on them.All they wanted was space nature and things like that.Then it became Winter Park ski resort needless to say they made a pile of cash selling their property to mickey d's and ilk then they all packed up and moved somewhere in Montana with their $,wonder where they are now its been many moons since.
