He's right. Cheney is the backroom guy. Doesn't play well up front, IMO.

Re: Cheney and GWI, no wonder Cheney and Rumsfeld were so eager to do their own leg work on the intelligence and planning for GWII. I wonder how much of Cheney's experience in the Bush Sr. Admin affected that drive.

I cant recollect the last time I saw Cheney in public and on TV. He always seems to be at some "undisclosed location". Not good for a VeeP.
