As far as I know, everyone from Bush, through Blair, Putin, Schroeder, Chirac and maybe even Saddam himself believed Iraq had WMD.

You would not be reinventing history here, would you?

Everyone but Bush and Blair were willing to the let the weapon inspectors finish their jobs and find out the truth. Why couldn't Bush and Blair wait?
